"I bought this bra and after one wash, the elastic inverted and rendered it impossible to wear. I was contacted by the company right after I posted my review. They sent me a replacement bra, and since I live in Canada and my surgery was only a few days away, they paid out of pocket to have it shipped to my house so I’d have it in time. I was very impressed by the level of customer service. My surgery consisted of a sternotomy in order to remove cancerous tumours in my airways. This bra was very comfortable to wear even after this very difficult surgery. I will recommend it to my friends."

"I love the fabric and fit. But I washed it once in the machine on gentle and hung it to dry. The elastic around the bottom somehow inverted, making it impossible to wear. Very disappointing. My surgery is coming up in a few weeks and I need to find an alternative quickly."
