Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping: We offer standard shipping within the contiguous United States. Orders will be fulfilled within 24-48 business hours of being received Monday through Friday. We unfortunately cannot ship any orders—standard or expedited—on weekends or holidays, and we apologize for any delays during busy shipping seasons. Orders with standard shipping will be sent from our Los Angeles warehouse via USPS. Expedited shipping options (overnight and 2-day shipping) will ship accordingly. We will provide you with a tracking number so you know when your package can be expected.

International Shipping: We will ship standard mail with a tracking number. However, we offer expedited FedEx and UPS shipping options, if requested. As prices change daily, please contact us at info@heartandcore.com with specific requests.

After you’ve placed your order, you will receive a note from us via email confirming your order.
