Shipping & Returns
We are happy to provide free standard shipping within the contiguous United States, shipping Monday through Friday: Your order will be shipped with care from our Los Angeles warehouse via First Class Mail. We will also provide you with a tracking number so you are in the know on when your package will arrive. Orders placed after 7 a.m. Pacific Time may not ship until the following business day.
Outside of the United States: We will ship standard mail with a tracking number. However, if you need your bra a little faster we are happy to offer expedited FedEx and UPS shipping options. Please contact us at email@example.com if you need your bra rushed to you.
After you've placed your order, you will receive a note from us via email confirming your order. If you have any questions, need to change your order or have problems after you place your order, please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org. We would be happy to assist you with any questions or just strike up a lovely conversation.
Return & Exchange Policy
heart&core stands by the quality of our products. If there is a defect in your product, please contact us and we will replace it immediately. We are happy to accept returns and exchanges of products that are unworn, unmarked and still tagged within 30 days of delivery.
